While we issue kits on day of ordering we can not be responsible for Royal Mail delays.We will replace lost kits free of charge if we are notified within 2 weeks of ordering.

Customers claiming any current offers please contact us prior to sending your samples for testing.

All BAS offers for NEW members must be claimed within 6 months of becoming a member.This offer can only be claimed once. BAS will be contacted to verify claims.
